Video consultations

When and how to conduct a video consultation

For the homeopathic approach, the key idea is: the more information, the greater the likelihood of identifying a relevant remedy. A face-to-face consultation is therefore preferred, because communication, including non-verbal cues, is more complete.
A video consultation can be an option when no physical examination is required. For this, you will need the following:

  • A computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection
  • A built-in or external camera, microphone, and speaker
  • An email address that you can access on your device

How does a video consultation work?

  • You schedule an appointment, always by phone
  • If we decide to arrange a video consultation, please provide your email address
  • You will receive an email the day before or on the day itself with instructions as outlined below

Dear patient,

Here are the instructions for the video consultation.
You can also test these steps now if you want.

  1. Open this email just before the agreed date and time
  2. Click on the blue button "Join with Google Meet": dialog box opens
  3. Every time you get the question "Allow microphone and camera", give your consent
  4. Check that the correct microphone, speaker and camera are selected (icons under the main screen)
  5. Click on "Participation request"
  6. Wait for my response: you will receive the message "Ask to be admitted" until I am available

Kindest regards,
